
Fish Gelatin and Collagen is produced from the skin of Kosher Fish. There is no risk of Cross Contamination with Bovine and Porcine materials or specified risk materials.

Our fish gelatin and collagen is produced from the skins of wild, deep-sea, ocean fish such as cod, haddock and pollock.

No genetically modified materials are used in this product or in any of our Fish Gelatins or Collagens. Wild fish have no possibility of being exposed to antibiotics or hormones as is possible with farm raised animals or fish.

Prior to any extraction, the skins receive a lengthy wash with copious amounts of water. This step cleans the collagen and reduces the allergens to undetectable levels.

Our fish gelatin and collagen do not contain Class 1 or Class 2 residual solvents and they comply with the 0.5% limit for Class 3 residual solvents.

No substances listed in the 2015 WADA are intentionally added into our collagen.
